i think i have fallen in love...
Jan. 3rd, 2005 12:30 amwith material posessions! hah!
now, i need/want/must have a Minox GT-S 35mm camera, which I know is totally stupid, cause I have like, three 35mm SLR camera, and a few automatics, and then my Polaroids, a digital, one 120 format, and a 126 format, and a few 110 format cameras for good measure. But yeah, I just need to have it. Except for the price, and sadly, apparently the only somewhat cheap price is on the lomography website? 575$ us, compared to 499 euro on the Minox website. Which is like, 870$ canadian... but yeah. this camera would be pure joy to have.
also, i would love to own a neato Agfa Clack, which also shoots 120 format film, except in 6x9 form, not 6x6 or 6x4.5, so that would be neato.
also, i am saddened to say that my Contina IIa appears to be more broken then I initially thought, it will no longer engage the flash, and the shutter sticks sometimes. otherwise, it is mostly okay? i think. but yeah, i am scared to go get it fixed, cause i doubt i could find another in edmonton. blah!
but yeah, happy new years!
